Registration
To register, complete the application form and return it with a $25 application fee plus a $100 per session deposit. The $25 application fee is not refundable; the $100 per session deposit is refundable until May 1, not after May 1. Session deposits will be applied to your balance. Other fees are refundable with 10 days written notice of cancellation.

Who May Register?
Campers from any state are welcome. Campers may register for as many sessions as desired. The YMCA does not discriminate because of race, color, or origin.
Camper Assistance Fund
Every summer we receive dozens of requests from needy families for financial assistance with camp fees. Please consider a gift to help another child. You may indicate your wish to contribute on the application form
Travel to Camp
Transportation to and from camp by chartered bus or van is available from West Palm Beach and the Miami/Ft. Lauderdale areas. Travel by car is a short, easy drive from the Tampa Bay, Orlando and Jacksonville areas. Arrangements can be made for camp staff to assist campers traveling on commercial transportation. Complete transportation information is provided upon registration. Chartered Bus:

Early Registration & Family Discounts
Discounts on the basic camp fee of 5% or 10% are available. Register prior to 3/1/08 for a 10% discount, or prior to 4/1/08 for a 5% discount. Register 2 or more siblings, one child for 4+ weeks, possess a 2008 YMCA Full Family membership or camper has atttended for 3 consective years for a 5% discount. Combine two 5% discounts for 10%. (10% discount maximum)
Children with Diagnosed Emotional & Behavioral Problems
Camp McConnell seeks to accommodate children with diagnosed, manageable behavioral conditions. Doctor's verification required. We do not, however, accept bad behavior! Campers who are a danger to themselves or others, or who disrupt the camp experience of others will not be permitted to continue in camp.

Additional information will be mailed to you upon receipt of your registration, to include: 1) A Camp Health Form; 2) A Parent Information Booklet including a list of "Things to Bring" and Travel Information; 3) Payment Receipt.
Additional Information:
The only money your child will need is for our Coke and Power Aid machines. No additional money is needed. You may send your camper with plastic bottled drinks and snacks for thier cabin if you would like. However, this is not necessary.

PLEASE NOTE:
1) MasterCard & Visa accepted,
2) The Basic Fee covers all standard camp events, including; programs not listed as optional, laundry, and one out-of-camp trip during two week sessions;
3) You may register for as many sessions as desired;
4) Sessions begin & end on the dates on the Application Form. Sessions may not be split. No credit for late arrival, early withdrawal or dismissal.
